De nombreux Auto-Entrepreneurs ont reçu, après avoir réalisé les formalités d’immatriculation, des offres payantes leur proposant une inscription sur un annuaire ou un registre des entreprises (ou sociétés) nouvellement constituées. La tournure de ces offres laisse à penser que ces inscriptions ont un caractère officiel et obligatoire. Méfiez-vous de ces arnaques !

Il s’agit purement de propositions commerciales allant de 79.90 € à 200 €, voire plus. Le caractère facultatif de cette offre à but commercial est souvent écrit en bas de page et en petits caractères.

En tant qu’auto-entrepreneur, les formalités obligatoires sont effectuées auprès du Centre de Formalité des Entreprises. En cas de doute, rapprochez-vous de ce dernier.

J'ai reçu il y a qq temps un formulaire me demandant de régler près de 300 € pour une inscription dans les pages jaunes que j'avais soit disant fait. Les phrases étant bien tournées et un faux RIB complétait l'ensemble. On aurait vraiment dit une lettre de relance... Heureusement je ne me suis pas laissé prendre. Faites très attention, j'ai lu sur le net que c'était arrivé à plusieurs autres personnes....

Bien vu ! En tant qu'auto-entepreneur, vous n'êtes soumis à aucune obligation d'inscription payante. Encore moins sur des sites d'annuaires ou de publicité.
Les seules inscriptions obligatoires sont celles du formulaire de l'auto-entrepreneur (CCI, Chambre de métiers...)
